قبل سنتين
I arrived 1:30 pm. They only gave me one room at 2:00 pm. The other room was not ready until 4:00 pm. They put me and my family in one room from more than two hours. At the same time the the receptionist was very rude in his responses and without any apology. One of the bad hotels I stayed at. وصلت الساعه 1:30 مساءً. فقط اعطوني غرفة من ثنتين لأنه الثانيه غير جاهزه. الساعه 4:00 م بدل 2:00 م اعطوني الغرفة الثانية. موظف الإستقبال ذو اخلاق سيئة و لا يجيد التعامل مع الضيوف و لا يعذر للتأخير. من اسؤا الفنادق التي سكنتها في حياتيي
