Always smiling and genuinely passionate about his work, he handled everything with care and efficiency — from restaurant reservations and spa bookings to clinic appointments. Whatever you need in Bangkok, Joe will sort it out with a smile. He truly works from the heart. ❤️ • Mr. Jae (Bell Captain) — attentive and welcoming from the moment you arrive. • The Duty Manager (an Arabic-speaking team member) — a wonderful touch for Arabic-speaking guests that made us feel right at home. The gym and spa are excellent, and the hotel has a restaurant that offers an Arabic menu — a lovely surprise for Middle Eastern visitors. Centara Grand isn’t just a hotel — it’s a complete experience. Highly recommended.
