I checked out early. Although I had originally booked for five nights, I only ended up staying for two. The hotel is very clean — that’s something I can’t deny. However, what was truly surprising was how they constantly take photos of everything and then discuss it with you as if you were a child in kindergarten. Let me share two incidents that illustrate this: The first incident: I had a minor wound on the back of my foot, which left a faint and barely noticeable mark on the bed sheets. The simple and obvious solution would’ve been to change and wash the bedding — especially since room cleaning is included in the booking. But instead, they took a photo of it and brought it up with me, as if I had done something wrong. The second incident: On the first night, I drank a can of cola from the minibar. To avoid being charged for it, I bought the exact same item the next night and replaced it in the fridge — something I’m sure many guests do. But upon checkout, I found out they had even photographed the fridge contents! I didn’t argue with them, as my airport driver was already waiting outside. I simply paid the amount — which, by the way, was double what the same item costs outside. I will not return to this hotel again. It clearly does not trust its guests and insists on photographing everything. تم تسجيل الخروج مبكرا حيث كان المقرر ان اقضي ٥ ليالي لكن لم اقضي الا ليلتين الفندق نظيف جدا وهذا هو الأمر الذي لا نزاع فيه لكن الأمر المستغرب هو انهم يقوموا بتصوير كل شيء ثم يقوموا بمناقشة ذلك معك وكانك طفل في الحضانة وسوف اذكر موقفين يثبت ذلك الموقف الأول انا قدمي من الخلف مجروحة جرح بسيط الأمر الذي ترك أثر لا يذكر في فراش النوم الأمر الذي حله هو تغيير الفراش وغسله هذا هو الحل بكل بساطة نهايك ان قيمة الحجز تشمل نظافة الغرفة لكن الذي حدث هو تصوير ذلك ثم مناقشته معك وكانك ارتكبت خطأ الموقف الثاني قمت بشرب الكولا في الليلة الأولى وحتى اتفادى دفع قيمتها لدى الاستقبال قمت بشراء ذات المنتج في الليلة الثانية ووضعها لهم في الثلاجة، هذا الأمر متأكد يقوم به الجميع لكن عند تسجيل الخروج تبين انهم قاموا بتصوير محتويات الثلاجة كذلك!!! لم اناقشهم فسائق المطار في الخارج ينتظرني ولقد قمت فورا بدفع المبلغ والذي هو بالمناسبة ضعف مافي في الخارج ولن أعود إلى هذا الفندق الذي لا يثق في نزلاءه ويقوم بتصوير كل شيء
