🇬🇧 Terrible Experience – Denied Check-in, No Support from Agoda or Hotel I arrived at the hotel with a fully paid and confirmed booking via the Agoda app (Booking ID: 1918526901) for two nights. Shockingly, the hotel refused to check me in because the booking name showed as “Mo Otb” instead of my full name “Mohammed Alotaibi”. I presented my passport, payment proof, and Agoda confirmation, but the hotel refused to help or contact Agoda. The core issue came from Agoda’s system, as the booking—although made directly through the Agoda app—was handled by a third-party supplier. When I contacted Agoda, they informed me that the third party refused to change the name or cancel the booking, even though I was already at the hotel and unable to check in. I was left stranded and had to book another hotel at my own expense that night. This was a complete failure to provide the service I paid for. Neither Agoda nor the hotel took responsibility, and the issue remains unresolved. Extremely disappointing experience for a hotel of this category. I strongly do not recommend booking here. 🇸🇦 تجربة سيئة للغاية – تم رفض تسجيل الدخول، دون أي دعم من أجودا أو الفندق وصلت إلى الفندق بحجز مؤكد ومدفوع بالكامل عبر تطبيق أجودا (رقم الحجز: 1918526901) لمدة ليلتين، وللأسف الشديد تم رفض تسجيلي لأن الاسم في الحجز كان مكتوبًا “Mo Otb” بدلًا من اسمي الكامل “Mohammed Alotaibi”. قدمت جواز السفر، وإثبات الدفع، وتأكيد الحجز من أجودا، لكن موظفي الفندق رفضوا مساعدتي أو التواصل مع أجودا. المشكلة الأساسية كانت من نظام أجودا، حيث أن الحجز تم عبر التطبيق مباشرة، لكنه كان من خلال طرف ثالث. وعندما تواصلت مع أجودا، أفادوني بأن الطرف الثالث رفض تعديل الاسم أو إلغاء الحجز، رغم أنني كنت بالفعل في الفندق ولا يمكنني تسجيل الدخول. اضطررت إلى حجز فندق آخر على حسابي في نفس الليلة. هذه إخفاق تام في تقديم الخدمة المدفوعة، ولم يتحمل أحد – لا أجودا ولا الفندق – أي مسؤولية، وحتى الآن لم تُحل المشكلة. تجربة مخيبة جدًا لفندق من هذه الفئة. لا أنصح بالحجز فيه إطلاقًا.
