الفندق مقارنة بالسعر جيد جدا النظافة ممتازة والموقع جيد جدا في وسط الحي القديم قريب من الخدمات ويستحق التجربة الموظفين رائعين جدا وبالأخص السيدة بايولا Paula فقد كانت رائعه وصادقة وأمينة وودودة متعاونة إلى اقصى درجه عملت لي برنامج مع الحجوزات والترتيب والطيران وكانت متابعة لي في رحلاتي أولا بأول شكرا جزيلا لها لن انسى تعاونها معي وحسن اخلاقها وسأكرر ذلك معها متى ما اتيحت لي الفرصة مرة أخرى لزيارة هانوي The hotel offers excellent value for money; it is very clean and boasts a great location in the heart of the Old Quarter, close to amenities. It is definitely worth a visit. The staff are wonderful—especially Ms. Paula, who was fantastic, sincere, honest, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She assisted me with my itinerary and arrangements, and personally followed up on my tours every step of the way. A huge thank you to her; I will never forget her helpfulness and kindness. I will certainly stay here again if I return to Hanoi.
