قبل سنتين
حجزت هذا الفندق لمدة ٤ ايام وصلنا الى الفندق ليلاً و عندما دخلنا الى الغرفة كانت سيئه للغاية وجدنا غطاء السرير متسخ و به بقع و دورة المياة كان بها رائحة كريهة و جهاز التهوية لا يعمل كنا متعبين للغاية و طلبنا من موظفين الفندق تغيير الغرفه ولكنهم قالوا انه لا يوجد غرفه شاغرة الان و انهم سوف يغيرون غطاء السرير وعندما قاموا بتغييره كان الغطاء الاخر متسخ ايضاً وبه بقع.. بعدها غادرنا الفندق وذهبنا الى فندق مجاور و في اليوم التالي عدنا الى الفندق وبعد نقاشات عديدة تم تعويضنا بغرفه اكبر و انظف وكانت ممتازه استمتعت بالإقامه في الفندق ولكن لن اعيد التجربة I booked this hotel for 4 days. We arrived at the hotel at night and when we entered the room it was very bad. We found the bed cover dirty and stained and the bathroom had a bad smell and the ventilation system was not working. We were very tired and asked the hotel staff to change the room but they said that there is no room available now and that they will change the bed cover and when they changed it the other cover was also dirty and stained. After that we left the hotel and went to a nearby hotel and the next day we returned to the hotel and after many discussions we were compensated with a bigger and cleaner room and it was excellent. I enjoyed staying at the hotel but I will not repeat the experience
