للأسف تجربتي في M Social Hotel Phuket لم تكن بمستوى فندق 5 نجوم أبداً. خدمة تنظيف الغرف كانت سيئة جداً. طلبت تنظيف الغرفة أكثر من مرة واتصلت بموظف الاستقبال، وتم وعدي بأن الغرفة سوف يتم تنظيفها بشكل كامل، لكن ما حدث فقط هو ترتيب السرير وتنظيف الحمام، بينما الأوساخ الموجودة داخل الغرفة بقيت كما هي بدون تنظيف. أنا أقيم في الغرفة رقم 1435، وكنت أتوقع مستوى أفضل بكثير من النظافة والخدمة مقابل تصنيف الفندق. أيضاً من غير المقبول أن فندق 5 نجوم لا يوفر خدمة طعام ليلية، حيث لا يمكن طلب الطعام في الليل بسبب إغلاق المطعم. أتمنى من إدارة الفندق تحسين مستوى الخدمة والاهتمام الحقيقي براحة النزلاء. Unfortunately, my experience at M Social Hotel Phuket was not at the level expected from a 5-star hotel. The room cleaning service was extremely poor. I requested room cleaning several times and contacted the reception staff, who promised that the room would be properly cleaned. However, the only thing done was making the bed and cleaning the bathroom, while the dirt and trash inside the room were left untouched. I am staying in room 1435, and I honestly expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and service for a hotel with this rating. It is also unacceptable that a 5-star hotel does not provide late-night food service, as it is impossible to order food at night because the restaurant closes. I hope the hotel management improves the service quality and pays more attention to guest comfort and satisfaction.
