A Wonderful Stay at Oasia Hotel Novena – Highly Recommended! This time, I am back in Singapore for my husband’s cancer treatment, a journey that has now entered its second year. Since last year, I have travelled back and forth between Singapore and Jakarta more than 25 times. This is now my third stay at Oasia Hotel Novena, and there are good reasons why I keep coming back. The location is simply perfect. Oasia Hotel Novena is conveniently located in the same building as the medical clinic where my husband receives his cancer treatment. I literally just need to walk a few steps, take another lift, and I am right at the clinic. For someone in my situation, this convenience is truly invaluable. The hotel itself is lovely, comfortable, and well-maintained. While the hotel has a touch of luxury, what I truly look for is practical accommodation that meets my needs and makes my stay comfortable. This time, I was given a room on the 11th floor, and I absolutely love it! The room feels brighter and more pleasant than I remember from my previous stays. It seems to have been renovated, and the overall condition is excellent. The room is spacious enough, comfortable, well-equipped, and has everything I need. But what truly made my stay extra special was the service. I would like to give special recognition to Aurora Daniel, who assisted me during my stay. Aurora was incredibly warm, professional, and welcoming, always greeting me with a beautiful smile. My scheduled check-in time was 3 PM, but when I arrived at noon, she had already arranged for my room to be ready. This thoughtful gesture made me feel genuinely cared for and added so much to my overall satisfaction. For me, this kind of service makes all the difference. My trips to Singapore are not for leisure. I am here for something much more important, and a journey like this requires comfort, convenience, and, above all, peace of mind. Having a hotel that understands and meets these needs means more than words can express. Thank you, Oasia Hotel Novena, for making my stay so comfortable and pleasant. And a special thank you to Aurora Daniel for making me feel so welcome and well taken care of. I highly recommend Oasia Hotel Novena, especially for anyone seeking comfortable and convenient accommodation near medical facilities in Novena. I look forward to staying here again!
