مع الأسف هذا شيئ سيئ جدا بالنسبة لتعاملكم لفندق مثلكم مصنف ٥ نجوم حيث انه لا يوجد اي تعاون والغاء الحجز وخصم كامل المبلغ 960 دولار امريكي رغم انه طلب منكم الإلغاء واعادة المبلغ قبل تاريخ الوصول بإسبوع كامل او اهتمام للضروف القاهرة التي ممكن ان تحصل مع النزلاء حيث انني شرحت لكم مسبقاً بأنه تم رفض صعودنا للطيارة بسبب وجود خطأ حرف اضافي في فيزا ابنتي الصغيرة مما ادى الى عدم التمكن من السفر بسبب السياسة والشروط المتبعة و هذا مؤشر سيئ جداً لتقييمكم وانتم بهذا المستوى لا ترغبون بإرجاع المبلغ حيث انه لا يؤثر على ميزانيتكم ولكن انتم تأخذون المبلغ ظلماً وسوف اكتب ملاحظتي في تقييمكم وتجربتي السيئة معكم على عدم تعاونكم حيث ان جميع الفنادق التي خاطبتهم تعاونوا معي وتم ارجاع اما كامل المبلغ او خصم جزء من المبلغ بسبب السياسة وان تاريخ الاقامة حل بينما انتم تم مخاطبتكم من قبل حلول تاريخ الإقامة ولكن لا يوجد اي تقدير او اهتمام للنزلاء تقييم سيئ مع الأسف Unfortunately, Lack of cooperation, cancellation of the reservation, and deduction of the full amount of 960 US dollars, even though you were asked to cancel and return the amount a full week before the arrival date this is a very bad thing regarding your treatment of a 5-star hotel like yours, as there is no cooperation or attention to the dire circumstances that may occur with the guests, as I explained to you in advance that we were refused boarding the plane due to an extra letter error in my little daughter’s visa, which led to her being unable to travel due to the policy and conditionsThis is a very bad indicator of your evaluation, and at this level you do not want to return the amount as it does not affect your budget, but you are taking the amount unfairly.
