This hotel did not meet the expected standards for a 4-star property. Although I clearly requested a high-floor room, I was given a room on a low floor with only a partial ocean view, and the staff showed no cooperation when I asked to change the room. The breakfast was also very poor, with limited and low-quality options — far below what a 4-star hotel should offer. Overall, the service, room assignment, and food quality were disappointing.
