لو الموضوع في ايدي ماحطيت ولا نجمه!! تعامل ليس جيد غرف غير جيده دخلت اول يومين غرفه فيها اصوت مكيف بشكل مزعج ادق عليهم يقولون الفني راح يجي يصلحه يجي يقول زينته وتستمر الاصوات ويرفضون يغيرون الغرفه وانا حتى نوم مااقدر انام من ازعاج المكيف بعد يومين غيروها لكن في اليوم الثالث احاول ارقى غرفتي الكرت عطلان اروح عند الاستقبال يقول لي صلحته ارقى مره ثانيه عطلان رحت لمهم اربع مرات كل شوي داخله طالعه من المصعد وايضا مره خرجت وطلبت منهم ينظفون الغرفه ارجع بعد سبع ساعات القى الغرفه مفتوحه ويستطيع اي احد يدخله غير ان الفندق وصخ وفيه ريحه كريهه بالحمام وحتى بوفيه الفطور الصحون وصخه والطاولات كذالك!!!! كيف خمس نجوم لا اعلم والله على مااقول شهيد. If it were up to me, I wouldn't even give this hotel a single star!The service was terrible, and the rooms were in poor condition. During my first two days, the air conditioner in my room made an unbearably loud noise. I called maintenance repeatedly, and they kept saying a technician was on his way. The technician would come, claim it was fixed, but the noise never stopped. Management flatly refused to change my room, and I couldn't sleep at all because of the loud AC.After two days, they finally moved me to another room. However, on the third day, my room key card stopped working. I went down to reception, and they claimed they fixed it. I went back up, but it still didn't work. I had to go back and forth to the reception four times, constantly riding the elevator up and down.Furthermore, I went out one day and specifically requested room cleaning. When I returned seven hours later, I found my room door left wide open—anyone could have walked straight in! On top of that, the hotel is filthy and there is a foul odor coming from the bathroom. Even the breakfast buffet had dirty plates and uncleaned tables!I honestly have no idea how this place holds a 5-star rating. I swear everything I stated is absolutely true.

الغرف فيها رائحة أو رطوبة كمان الأثاث والمفرش غير جيد توجد فيه رائحة كمان يحتاج معطرات اللجو � جودة الأكل “عادية” المرافق قديمة شوي ومش بمستوى فنادق فخمة جديدة � المسبح والخدمات “غيرمقبولة” مو مميزة �

مميز بالأجنحة الحلوة في مساحتها وتوفر كل ما يحتاجه المسافر ، دورة المياه صغيرة شوي ، الخدمة سريعة ، جودة الأكل مقبولة ، يحتاجون إلى اهتمام اكثر بالنظافة في المطعم وايضاً تبريد الممرات والأسياب والانتباه إلى الروائح

من اخيس الفنادق اللي سكنتها في حياتي واللي يقيمه خمسه نجوم معناته ما سكن فنادق خمسه نجوم في حياته مكيف حار صوت ماطور المكيف كله في الغرفة ريحة الغرفة خايس شي متخمر والاثاث قديم والحمام وصخ وقديم ولكن للأمانه الموظفين جدا ممتازين ولكن ما انصح اي احد يسكنه الحين وانا اكتب التقيم دافع لا ثلاث ليالي لكن بكرا بطلع منه لان حتى نوم مو جايني One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in my life. Anyone who rates it as five stars means they have never stayed in a five-star hotel in their life. The air conditioning is hot. The sound of the air conditioning motor is all over the room. The smell of the room is bad and fermented. The furniture is old and the bathroom is dirty and old. But to be honest, the staff are very excellent. But I do not advise anyone to stay there. Now that I am writing the review, I have paid for three nights, but tomorrow I will leave it because I cannot even sleep.
