أسوأ فندق سكنت فيه في حياتي، وتجربة ما أتمنى أحد يمر فيها. مستغربة جدًا كيف تقييمه مرتفع، لأن تجربتي كانت سيئة من جميع النواحي. حتى الممرات والمصاعد كانت فيها روائح مزعجة أغلب الوقت من ابو هنوده من أول يوم إلى آخر يوم، ولا مرة دخل أحد ينظف الغرفة. جلست ٤ أيام كاملة، وكل اللي يسوونه يبدلون الفوط! أما تنظيف الغرفة أو الحمام أو ترتيب المكان؟ ولا شيء. والأغرب إني أصلًا أغلب وقتي خارج الفندق، يعني الغرفة ما كانت مستخدمة بشكل كبير، ومع ذلك كانت الخدمة معدومة. أما الاستقبال فتعاملهم أسوأ من الخدمة. صديقتي دفعت قيمة ليلة عني، ولما جيت أسوي تسجيل خروج قالوا بكل برود: “ما أحد دفع لك”، وحاولوا يخلوني أدفع مرة ثانية، وفوقها زادوا السعر بدون أي مبرر. ولما نزلت صديقتي تتفاهم معهم، فجأة الموظفة سوت نفسها ما تعرف تتكلم إنجليزي، مع إنها كانت تتكلم قبل. أسلوب غير احترافي ويثير الشك. بكل أمانة، ما أنصح فيه أبدًا. لا نظافة، ولا مصداقية، ولا خدمة تستحق المبلغ اللي تدفعه. إذا بتقعد أغلب يومك برا، وفر فلوسك واحجز فندق أرخص. وإذا هدفك الاسترخاء، خذ منتجع أو فندق بعيد بنفس السعر تقريبًا (٢٨٠ ريال)، وبتحصل خدمة ونظافة أفضل بكثير. تجربة سيئة جدًا، ولن أكررها أبدًا. ⸻ The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I honestly don’t understand how it has such a high rating because my experience was terrible in every way. Even the hallways and elevators often had unpleasant odors. During my entire 4-day stay, not once did anyone clean my room. The only thing housekeeping did was replace the towels. They never cleaned the room, the bathroom, or even made the bed. What’s even more surprising is that I spent most of my time outside the hotel, so the room wasn’t heavily used, yet there was still no proper housekeeping service. The front desk was even worse. My friend had already paid for one of my nights, but when I checked out, they insisted that no payment had been made and tried to charge me again. On top of that, they increased the price without any clear explanation. When my friend came downstairs to speak with them, the receptionist suddenly pretended she couldn’t speak English, even though she had been speaking it earlier. It felt very unprofessional and suspicious. Honestly, I do not recommend this hotel at all. Poor cleanliness, poor service, and questionable handling of payments. If you’re only planning to sleep there, save your money and book a cheaper hotel. If you’re looking to relax, spend the same amount (around SAR 280) on a resort farther away—you’ll get much better service and cleanliness. A very disappointing experience, and I will never stay here again.
