This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I booked two rooms, but they assigned each room in a different tower, which caused us a lot of inconvenience even though the reservation was made together. The staff member who assisted us was very rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional in her attitude. On the day of check-out, the hotel charged me 5,000 THB for smoking, even though I do not smoke and no one smoked in the room. It was a very disappointing experience. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I do not recommend it to anyone. أسوأ فندق تعاملت معه على الإطلاق. حجزت غرفتين، لكن تم توزيع كل غرفة في برج مختلف، مما سبب لنا إزعاجًا كبيرًا رغم أن الحجز كان معًا. كما أن الموظفة كانت سيئة جدًا في التعامل، وغير متعاونة، وكان أسلوبها غير احترافي وغير محترم. وعند تسجيل الخروج في آخر يوم، قام الفندق بخصم 5000 بات بحجة التدخين، مع أنني لا أدخن إطلاقًا ولم يتم التدخين داخل الغرفة. كانت تجربة سيئة جدًا، ولن أكرر الإقامة في هذا الفندق، ولا أنصح به.
