أقمنا في هذا الفندق وكانت إقامتنا مريحة جدًا. حجزنا مجموعة من الغرف وكانت واسعة، والحمام كبير، والسرير مريح، والإطلالة جميلة. الخدمة ممتازة، ووجبة الإفطار متنوعة، كما منحونا تسجيل خروج متأخر، فشكرًا لكم على حسن الضيافة. الملاحظة الوحيدة هي أنه عندما كان أطفالي يلعبون قليلًا في اللوبي، شعرت أن بعض الموظفين كانوا منزعجين. أتمنى أن يكون التعامل مع الأطفال أكثر رحابة وتفهمًا، ففي النهاية هم أطفال. ⸻ English: We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. We booked several rooms, and they were spacious. The bathroom was large, the bed was very comfortable, and the view was beautiful. The service was excellent, the breakfast offered a great variety, and we were kindly given a late check-out. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. Our only comment is that when our children were playing a little in the lobby, some of the staff seemed uncomfortable or bothered. We hope the staff can be a bit more understanding and welcoming toward children, as they are just kids after all.
