كانت إقامتنا في الفندق تجربة جميلة ومميزة جدًا مع العائلة. من أول لحظة كان التعامل راقٍ والخدمة ممتازة، والموظفون متعاونون وودودون ويهتمون براحة النزلاء بشكل واضح. الفندق نظيف ومرتب، والخدمات والمرافق ممتازة ومناسبة جدًا للعوائل. الريوق متنوع بشكل كبير وفيه خيارات كثيرة ومناسبة للجميع، والأكل مرتب ونظيف والأجواء أثناء الفطور جميلة ومريحة. من أجمل الأشياء أيضًا وجود أماكن مخصصة للأطفال للعب أثناء وقت الفطور، وهذا شيء جدًا مميز للعائلات ويخلي التجربة أريح وأمتع. موقع الفندق والمنطقة المحيطة فيه جميلة جدًا وهادئة، والمناظر الطبيعية رائعة، ووجود البحر يعطي المكان أجواء مميزة ومثالية للاسترخاء والاستجمام وقضاء وقت جميل مع العائلة. بشكل عام، الفندق خيار ممتاز للعوائل وننصح فيه بكل ثقة. وشكر خاص جدًا للموظفين والموظفات Shin, Hong, and Mintang على حسن التعامل، الابتسامة، الاهتمام، والخدمة الممتازة طوال فترة إقامتنا. وجود أشخاص بهالأسلوب الراقي فعلًا يفرق ويخلي تجربة الإقامة أجمل وأكثر تميزًا. ❤️ ملاحظة: الممرات اللي عند الغرف المخصصة لعبور حقائب الامتعة كانت ضيقة نوعًا تقريبًا بالنسبة لحقائب الامتعة الكبيرة، واعتقد انهم بحاجة ان يوسعون الممرات Our stay at this hotel was a truly wonderful and memorable experience for our family. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent, and the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, attentive, and professional. The hotel is very clean, well maintained, and offers great facilities and services that are especially suitable for families. Breakfast was impressive, with a wide variety of choices, excellent cleanliness, and a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. One of the highlights for us was the dedicated play areas for children during breakfast, which is such a thoughtful and family-friendly touch. The hotel’s location and surrounding area are also beautiful and peaceful, with lovely natural scenery and the sea adding to the relaxing atmosphere. It is a perfect place to unwind, enjoy quality family time, and have a peaceful holiday. Overall, this is a fantastic family-friendly hotel that we would happily recommend. A very special thank you to Shin, Hong, and Mintang for their kindness, warm hospitality, attention to detail, and outstanding service throughout our stay. Their professionalism and welcoming attitude truly made our experience even more enjoyable and memorable. ❤️ Note: the passageway for the luggage in the corridors near the rooms, it almost doesn’t fit the huge bags, and I think we should widen the corridors a bit
