موقع المنتجع مناسب لآخر أيام الرحلة لقربه من المطار، وهو خيار جيد لمن يفضّل البقاء داخل المنتجع دون الخروج. المنتجع عائلي وهادئ، وتتوفر فيه أنشطة للكبار والصغار، كما يقع بالقرب من قرى يسكنها مسلمون وتوجد مساجد قريبة (الوصول لها بالسيارة) أقمنا في فيلا مطلة على البحر ولم نغادر المنتجع طوال الإقامة، وذلك بسبب رداءة المدن التايلندية المحيطة، وسوء النظافة العامة، وضعف البنية التحتية، والازدحام والفوضى التي تجعل الخروج تجربة غير مريحة. التقييم كان سيكون مرتفعًا لولا تعرضنا لتسمم غذائي من المطعم العالمي داخل المنتجع، ما اضطرنا للذهاب إلى المستشفى. ورغم إبلاغ إدارة الفندق وتقديم التقرير الطبي، لم نتلقَ أي دعم حقيقي سوى تزويدنا بموقع أقرب عيادة، وهو تصرف مخيب من منشأة تتبع سلسلة ماريوت. المنتجع مناسب للعائلات الباحثة عن العزلة داخل منتجع متكامل، لكن تجربة السفر إلى تايلند بشكل عام كانت مخيبة من حيث النظافة، التنظيم، وجودة المدن، ولا أعتقد أنني سأكررها مرة أخرى. The resort’s location is convenient for the final days of a trip due to its proximity to the airport, and it is suitable for guests who prefer staying within the resort. It is a quiet, family-friendly resort with activities for both adults and children, and it is located near Muslim villages with nearby mosques. We stayed in a beachfront villa and did not leave the resort during our stay, mainly due to the poor cleanliness of surrounding cities, weak infrastructure, overcrowding, and general disorder, which make going out uncomfortable. Our overall rating would have been high if not for a food poisoning incident from the international restaurant, which required a hospital visit. Despite informing the management and providing a medical report, we received no real assistance other than being directed to the nearest clinic, which was disappointing for a Marriott-branded property. While the resort itself is suitable for families seeking isolation within a full-service resort, our overall travel experience in Thailand was disappointing in terms of cleanliness, organization, and city quality, and I do not expect to repeat it again.
