The hotel has only one real advantage: the spacious rooms and the professionalism of the staff. However, I would definitely not rate it as a 5-star hotel. In my opinion, it deserves no more than 3 or 4 stars for several reasons. First, the cleanliness is very poor. The rooms are not cleaned thoroughly, and the floors are not properly mopped. I stayed at this hotel for 10 days, and during my entire stay, the floors were never cleaned properly, and the bed linens were never changed. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room, and we could not identify its source. In addition, there were many insects and spiders in the living room, and even on the bed. You could also find flying insects inside the room despite keeping the windows and balcony doors closed. We informed the front desk about this issue, but nothing was done to resolve it. The air conditioners were leaking water. The breakfast was extremely disappointing, with very limited options for vegetarians and for those looking for halal food. I also do not recommend drinking the bottled water provided in the rooms. It did not appear clean, and the water had a yellowish tint. Unfortunately, I would not stay at this hotel again. It was a very disappointing experience for a property that is rated as a 5-star hotel. الفندق يمتلك ميزة واحدة فقط وهو حجم الغرف وبشاشة الموظفين ولكن لايصنف ابداً كفندق ٥ نجوم اصنفه ٣ نجوم او اربع لعدة اسباب سأذكرها اولها النظافة مستوى تنظيف الغرف جداً سيء لايتم مسح الارضيات وتنظيف الغرف بشكل دقيق مكثت في هذا الفندق ١٠ ايام ولم يتم مسح الارضيات وتغيير المفارش كل مدة اقامتي يوجد رائحة سيئة بالغرف لانعلم من اين مصدرها تواجد كمية كبيرة من الحشرات والعناكب في غرفة المعيشة حتى على السرير ستجدون حشرات طائرة رغم اغلاق النوافذ والشرفة تم اخبار الاستقبال بهذة المشكلة ولم يعملوا شيئاً المكيفات تسرب ماء الفطور جداً جداً سيء لايوجد خيارات عديدة للنباتيين والأكل الحلال المياة المعبأة في الغرف لاانصح اي شخص بالشرب منها غير نظيفة ولونها مائل للأصفر لااكرر السكن في هذا الفندق للأسف تجربة جداً سيئة لفندق للأسف مصنف ٥ نجوم
