قبل سنتين
The rook was ok, the female staff at the front desk was so rude I came from a transit flight and asked her to book a room for 1 night she told me and I quote “ I dont have any rooms to book you” I was desperate since it was the closest hotel to the airport so I just went to their online site and guess whatI booked a room :) I went back again to the front desk to a male staff and he confirmed the booking. I guess thats how khaleje tourists are treated in the changi airport because its not the first time we face rude comments. للسعودين اللي عندهم ترانزين تقدرون تدخلون لانه الفيزا قدوم بس اذا بتاخذون غرفة احجزوا من موقعهم اونلاين لانه يوم رحنا ناخذ غرفة العاملة كانت وقحه وقالت بالصريح ماعندي لكم غرفة بطريقة مستفزة ولا حتى تأسفت المهم انه رحت موقعهم وحجزت غرفة ورجعت الاستقبال مرة ثانية ورحت عند عامل ثاني واكد الحجز ومشت الامور. للمعلومية لاحظت العمال في هالمطار خصيصا عندهم نظرة وتعامل سيئ للخليجين احنا كنا لابسين عبايات.
