حجزي كان executive pool room كجزء من رحلة لشهر العسل في ماليزيا. بعض النقاط ما كانت على المستوى المرجو من فندق مصنف كخمس نجوم: امضيت ليلة كاملة في الرطوبة بسبب تعطل التكييف، وتم الاصلاح في اليوم التالي. مسبح الغرفة لم يتم تنظيفه بشكل جيد وكان متسخ- ويوجد بعض الطحالب والفطريات واشياء داخل المسبح من العملاء السابقين. الوصول لاعلى طابق (51) وهو المسبح والمطعم يتطلب استخدام مصعدين مختلفين. اقامتنا في الطابق ٢٥ ، يوجد اصوات صيانة مزعجة جدا في الغرف المجاورة. للامانة طاقم الضيافة والترحيب جدا متواضعين وودودين والترحيب على اعلى مستوى ، موقع الفندق مميز وقريب جدا من بوكيت بنتانج شارع العرب. رأيي فندق عادي وليس استثنائي ،ويوجد خيارات افضل بسعر اقل في نفس المنطقة My booking was an Executive Pool Room as part of our honeymoon trip in Malaysia. Some aspects did not meet the expectations of a five-star hotel: - I spent a full night in humidity due to a malfunctioning air conditioner, which was only fixed the next day. - The private pool in the room was not properly cleaned; it was dirty with algae, fungi, and leftover debris from previous guests. - Accessing the top floor (51), where the pool and restaurant are located, requires using two different elevators. - We stayed on the 25th floor, and there was very disturbing maintenance noise coming from nearby rooms. To be fair, the hospitality and reception staff were very polite, friendly, and welcoming at a high level. The hotel location in near to Bukit Bintang (Arab Street). In my opinion, the hotel is average rather than exceptional, and there are better options available in the same area at a lower price.
