I stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The staff’s attitude was very poor, especially one female employee who wears glasses. She was rude, unprofessional, and made me feel unwelcome. The customer service was extremely disappointing. The hotel also doesn’t provide a luggage trolley, which is very inconvenient for guests carrying heavy bags. I stayed in Room 317, and the condition of the room was unacceptable. The wall had visible water leakage, the floor was also wet, and the room had an unpleasant smell. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. I suggest considering it only as a very last option if you have no other choice. سكنت في هاذا الفندق وكان تعاملهم سي جداً وخاصة الموظفه ام نظارات غير محترمه وتعاملها زفت وخدماتهم صفر و ماعندهم عربة امتعه( ترولي ) سكنت ف الغرفة رقم 317 كان الجدار يعررق مويه والارضية كذالك ورائحة الغرفه مب حلوه لذالك لا انصح تخليه الا اخررر خيار بالنسبة لك
