تجربة إقامة جيدة بشكل عام في فندق Santa Grand Signature، مع موقع ممتاز وقريب من وسائل المواصلات (Grab) وأغلب الأماكن الرئيسية. الطاقم ودود ومتعاون، ومن أبرز مميزات الفندق الإطلالة الرائعة من الغرف العلوية على أبراج بتروناس وبرج KL خاصة ليلاً. الغرف نظيفة ومرتبة رغم صغر حجمها نسبياً، والفطور متنوع ولذيذ خصوصاً الأومليت الطازج. الخدمة ممتازة ويذكر الكثيرون تعاون الموظفين وسماحهم بتسجيل دخول مبكر مقابل رسوم إضافية. من السلبيات: عدم وجود خزانة ملابس حقيقية (فقط رف تعليق صغير).
Overall a great stay at Santa Grand Signature, with a good location close to major amenities and easily accessible via Grab. Staff are consistently praised as friendly, warm, and accommodating, often going the extra mile with early check-ins. The standout feature is the stunning room view — especially from higher floors — overlooking the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower at night. Rooms are clean and comfortable, though on the smaller side, and breakfast offers great variety, with the freshly made omelette being a highlight. On the downside, several guests noted the lack of a proper wardrobe (just a small hanger rail)

للأمانة، تجربتي مع الفندق كانت مخيبة جدًا. الموقع مو مثل ما يوصفونه، يعتبر بعيد عن الأماكن السياحية، وكل مشوار يحتاج وسيلة نقل.
وصلت الساعة ١١ بالليل بعد رحلة متعبة، وتعامل موظفة الاستقبال كان جدًا سيئ وبارد.
أعطوني غرفة بجانب غرفة ثانية، بينهم باب خشبي مقفل بقفل حديدي، أسمع أصوات الجيران كأني معاهم. ما فيه أي خصوصية.
ريحة الغرفة كانت سيئة، والمكيف ما كان شغال إلا بعد ما دخلنا وشغلناه، وبعدها اضطرينا نحط عطر علشان نقدر نجلس فيها.
غيروا لي الغرفة، بس الثانية كانت نفس المشكلة، بس الريحة خفّت شوي بعد ما اشتغل المكيف فترة.
الغرف صغيرة جدًا، والنوافذ مقفلة بحجة الأمان، مع إنّي سكنت بفندق في جنتنج بالدور ٥٠ وكان فيه بلكونة عادي!
ما فيه أبسط الأساسيات مثل برنص الحمام.
حتى الإطلالة اللي كاتبين عنها إنها “على نهر” كانت بشعة جدًا. النهر لونه بني، والمنظر ما فيه أي طبيعة أو شي يفتح النفس، عكس تمامًا الصور والوصف اللي كاتبينه.
الفطور جدًا محدود، أغلبه أكلات ماليزية، ما فيه لا معجنات، ولا أجبان، ولا زيتون، والأومليت بيض ببصل فقط. إذا ما تعودت على الأكل الماليزي، ماراح تقدر تفطر براحة.
الخروج لازم الساعة ١ الظهر، ولو تبي تطلع متأخر تدفع حوالي ١٥٠ رينجت وتجلس بس إلى ٦ العصر.
المسبح عادي جدًا، ومافيه سبا أو أي خدمات استجمام.
بصراحة، الفندق ما يستاهل أكثر من نجمتين. لا تعامل، لا راحة، لا نظافة، ولا خدمات. ما أنصح فيه أبدًا.

Honestly, my stay was very disappointing.
The hotel isn’t really in the “Golden Triangle” as advertised. It’s far from most attractions and requires transport every time.
I arrived at 11 PM after a tiring flight and was met with a cold and rude receptionist. They gave me a room connected to another guest room with just a wooden door locked by a flimsy latch — I could hear everything from next door. Zero privacy.
The room smelled terrible, and the AC wasn’t working until I came in and turned it on myself. I had to spray perfume just to bear the smell.
I requested a new room, but the second one had the same issue — only improved a little after the AC had been running for a while.
The room was extremely small, and all windows were sealed shut “for safety.” Honestly, I stayed on the 50th floor in Genting and had a full balcony — so that reasoning doesn’t make sense. Also, there were no basic amenities like a bathrobe.
The so-called “river view” was honestly ugly — the river was brown, and the surroundings looked nothing like the pictures.
Breakfast was very limited — mostly local Malaysian dishes, no pastries, cheese, or olives. The omelette was just eggs and onions. If you’re not into Malaysian breakfast, you’ll struggle.
Checkout is strictly at 1 PM. If you want to extend until 6 PM, you’ll have to pay around RM150.
The pool was very basic, and there’s no spa or wellness facility.
To be honest, this hotel doesn’t deserve more than 2 stars. Poor service, no comfort, limited amenities, bad smells, and nothing close to what was advertised. I don’t recommend it at all.

الغرفة بدون شباك والخدمة متوسطة والفطور أكثره آسيوي وما فيش شيء مميز عموما فندق متوسط إذا حكينا على كوالالمبور

ممتاز جدا ونظافه وخدمة صحيح الغرف صغيرة ولكن تفي بالغرض خصوصا كوالا لمبور هتحتاج تقضي فيها كل يومك
