للأسف، تجربة الإقامة في هذا الفندق كانت محبطة للغاية. الفندق يحمل تصنيف 5 نجوم، لكنه في الواقع لا يستحق أكثر من 2 إلى 3 نجوم بناءً على جودة الغرف والخدمات المقدمة. الغرف (تجربة الجناح ذو الـ 3 غرف): المساحة والنظافة: الغرف ضيقة جداً ومستوى النظافة متدنٍ. العزل والتدفئة: النوافذ تسرب الهواء بشكل واضح مما جعل الغرفة باردة جداً وغير مريحة. التجهيزات: الستائر لا تعمل بشكل صحيح، والمفاجأة كانت عدم وجود صابون لغسل اليدين في الحمامات! كل شيء داخل الغرفة يبدو من الدرجة الرديئة. المطعم والطعام: لا يمت لفئة الخمس نجوم بصلة؛ الخيارات محدودة جداً (لا يوجد تنوع)، الطعام يُقدم بارداً، والأدهى من ذلك أن مياه الشرب لم تكن نظيفة. المرافق والخدمات: المسبح: هو الجزء الأفضل في الفندق من حيث التصميم وتعدد المسابح، لكن مسبح ألعاب الأطفال مهجور تماماً لأن المياه باردة جداً ولا يمكن استخدامه، مما أفقد العائلات هذه الميزة. الإيجابيات: الاستقبال مقبول والعمال ودودون. كما يوفر الفندق مقهى وسوبرماركت، ويتميز بإطلالة جبلية ساحرة على السحاب. الخلاصة: إذا كنت تبحث عن تجربة "خمس نجوم" حقيقية، فهذا ليس المكان المناسب. الفندق يحتاج إلى صيانة شاملة وإعادة نظر في جودة الطعام والخدمات الأساسية داخل الغرف. While this hotel is officially rated as a 5-star property, my actual experience suggests it barely reaches a 2 or 3-star level at best. From the room quality to the dining services, almost everything was below expectations. The Room (3-Bedroom Suite): Size & Cleanliness: The rooms are extremely small and were not clean upon arrival. Maintenance: The windows leak air, making the room uncomfortably cold. Additionally, the curtains do not function properly. Amenities: Everything in the room felt low-quality. Shockingly, there was no hand soap provided in the bathrooms. Dining & Food Quality: The restaurant is far from a 5-star standard. There is no variety in the menu, the food is served cold, and the drinking water provided did not seem clean. Facilities & Staff: The Pool: This was the highlight of the hotel in terms of design. However, the children's water park/pool was freezing cold and remained empty because no one could actually use it. The Positives: The reception staff are acceptable and the workers are friendly. There is a convenient coffee shop and a supermarket on-site. The View: Truly beautiful, offering stunning views of the mountains and the clouds. Conclusion: You are paying for a 5-star label but receiving a budget experience. Unless there is a major upgrade in maintenance and food quality, I cannot recommend this hotel for a luxury stay.
